First samples: approximately 45 calendar days from deposit receipt. Both milestones use the same starting date; the periods are not added together.

Injection Molding at Scale
Four Guangdong manufacturing centers, 120 injection molding machines from 90T to 1800T, and annual capacity of 100 million parts.
Materials: PP, ABS, PC, PA, POM, and TPE, evaluated against your application requirements.
Quality checks: incoming inspection, first-article inspection, in-process inspection, and outgoing inspection. Share your dimensional, appearance, and inspection requirements with your project brief.
Finishing: assembly, printing, and packaging can be included in your production scope.
